- Store Owners can register and post projects in specific categories at no cost whatsoever. Programmer/Designers will then bid on the project. Once the Store Owner finds the right Programmer/Designer with the appropriate skill set for their project, and the Store Owner and Programmer/Designer agree upon a price, the Store Owner then chooses winning bidder and exchanges contact information with the Programmer/Designer via email in order to begin the project.
- Once a new Programmer/Designer signs up, they can begin browsing projects in various categories and place bids on projects which are of interest to them.
