Our minimum rate is $50 USD per job. However, if the issue is smaller and just needs fast attention this minimum can be used to also do other work on the site while we are modifying files. The following areas are often assessed on each service request as standard:
Custom coding is billed at the hourly rate of $125. This is sometimes lower based on the fact that our internal library consists of 500+ pre-coded scripts. If we have already coded it then we have an existing base to start from (and maybe use off the shelf) to meet your needs. However, even if it is completely new our development time is much faster than others that typically require 3-4X as long to code.
We guarantee that our work will perform per or better than specification provided by the store owner. In the world of programming and support there is no middle ground. The work performed will either meet / exceed your specification or you receive a 100% refund of payment.
